Project Manager - Constructions
Current- Primary point of contact for clients, senior management, and all project stakeholders.- Provide timely and detailed status reports to stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication.- Serve as the key liaison between various project teams, including Construction Managers, Site Superintendents, Estimators, Architects, Sub Consultants, Interior Designers, and administrative personnel.- Direct and coordinate the efforts of the Project Coordinator, Mechanical and Electrical Coordinator, and Safety Coordinator to achieve project objectives.- Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and alignment with financial goals.- Develop and update project cash flow reports in collaboration with the Construction Manager.- Oversee the preparation and management of contracts and change orders, coordinating with the Contract Administrator and Project Coordinator.- Ensure the proper documentation of RFIs, shop drawings, close-out documents, health and safety records, and insurance certificates.- Ensure all Health & Safety, Insurance, and Safety Training documents are obtained and managed before commencing on-site work.- Coordinate safety documents with the Construction Manager's contract administration office personnel.- Direct the Project Coordinator and Estimator in tendering processes for trade contractors and material suppliers.- Manage the process of obtaining and reviewing quotations and estimates for project changes.- Record, manage, track, and distribute weekly and monthly project reports.- Assist with the development and submission of Month/End of Month Invoicing.- Conduct and manage weekly conference calls and site meetings with the Construction Team.- Coordinate and organize the activities of Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
