As an educator, my philosophy is to focus on the learner. Unlike other education providers, this means I will invest in the best professionals, not unnecessarily expensive learning spaces. I know that learners will grow with the right people providing guidance and helping them develop the tools they need to be relevant in the future. Knowledge can be gathered independently online, but only if there is guidance to show how to gather that knowledge, apply it, and eventually evolve past it. I also know that I alone am not enough, so I make sure to include and support parents so they can partner with me and immerse their children in a nurturing environment, whether at home, in my center, or wherever their journeys may take them.

The two principals have a combined 25 years of experience in test preparation and academic tutoring, much of it with non-native English speakers.The Study Hall: because your family's education is the most valuable asset.

Oversee and ensure the quality of curricula and teaching at Elite, communicating regularly with local and international Directors. Counsel students and parents on college preparation and college application procedures, monitoring students’ progress and updating parents on a regular basis. Network regularly with local international schools, organizations, parents, etc., and provide college preparation presentations and training workshops for schools, PTAs, etc.
