I have been working for Crew Carwash in Noblesville Indiana for a little more than two and a half years now and it has been an amazing time so far. I have won multiple "wow awards" aka employee of the month and have been looked at as a leader for the younger associates. While working at Crew I have built up a lot of sales experience and have built up my skills for quick decision making, multitasking to complete customers requests along with loading customers onto the conveyer, and my leadership skills. Before working at Crew Carwash, I did volunteering at Agape Therapeutic Riding in Cicero Indiana where I help special needs young adults to ride horses. I was there for a year during my freshman year of high school up until Covid hit, where it shut down for some time. During my time there, I was assigned to a young man who I would hang out with twice a week and ride horses with him. My responsibilities, were to clean the horses, prep them for riders, and most importantly keep my "patient" safe at all times and help him on and off the horse.
