With over 9 years of experience in project management, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver high-quality results for my clients and stakeholders. My core competencies include project reporting, materials procurement, business data management, and cross-functional collaboration. As the Manager of the Project Management Office at Dixon Networks, I oversee all aspects of project development from initiation through closing, ensuring projects are completed consistently, professionally, profitably, and on time. I am motivated by Dixon Networks' mission to provide innovative and reliable network solutions that connect people and businesses across Canada.In my current role, I manage the project management office and a team of project coordinators, who are responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling various network projects for different clients and markets. I also serve as a Joint Health and Occupational Safety Committee member, promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. I engage in problem solving with divisional managers and personnel, evaluate and implement process changes to improve efficiency and employee engagement, and utilize project management software proficiently.
