Thinking outside the box to find a solution to a problem that otherwise seems unsolvable. This is something I enjoy doing every day to ensure that my customers are always being taken care of and that no tasks remain unfinished. I am six-year veteran of the United States Air Force, as well as an active member of the Kentucky Air National Guard currently studying at the University of Louisville to obtain my BBA (bachelor’s in business administration). A desire to understand how the gears in large companies fit together and work in unison has guided me on my path to obtaining my BBA. Many years of strict guidance and stringent regulations have engrained a desire to perform to the best of my abilities, and to improve those abilities if they are not up to the task at hand. This led to successfully redeveloping multiple programs with an overall quality assurance rate of 95% or higher. I desire to be in a position that will allow me to continuously improve myself, while also being able to assist in the overall improvement of any company that I work for.
