●Provide white glove support to CMS personnel to connect bridge and manage Video Teleconferencing Systems.● Diligently manage Center of Medicare & Medicaid's VTC Schedule to ensure proper connection and promote optimum VTC meeting experience.●Help build and grow Center of Medicare & Medicaid's VTC infrastructure by installing and maintaining Polycom and Cisco technology by working with Senior engineer on Polycom and Cisco environment and Cisco hybrid solution. ●Provide training on Polycom, Cisco (Webex Devices & Webex Teams App) and Crestron interface and equipment.●Discuss with client weekly of daily operations and upcoming projects. ●Perform Daily checks on both Polycom and Cisco equipment by quality check method to help prevent connection problems.●Directly work with VTC operators to ensure connection of a planned scheduled and manage team activity for better efficiency.●Diagnose and find solutions for connections failures.●Work with management and report daily operation efficiency and work on VTC operation projects.●Install, troubleshoot & perform training on all Cisco Spark (Cisco Webex Team) devices.●Performing the daily operation duties for Conference Room such as trouble shooting, installing, uninstalling VTC/AV rooms, re-configuring room settings such as testing VTC Codecs, Audio Mixers, Cisco/Polycom Codecs, Telepresence systems, and running reports.●Helping maintain the inventory control for CMS refresh project.●Perform Team Leader role as back up , including daily VTC operation, provide spreadsheet for analytics and status reports for monthly operations. Assist in special projects, and contribute to management meetings.●Provide support using Polycom DMA, RMX as well as Cisco TMS, VQ Manager (Acano), and Cisco Control HUB (Cisco Cloud).
