As a Manufacturing Associate II at AGC Biologics, I contribute to the production of biopharmaceutical products in a state-of-the-art ISO/FDA and cGMP regulated facility. With over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I have developed strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills that enable me to perform my duties efficiently and effectively.I have a passion for continuous improvement and quality assurance, and I have participated in multiple Kaizen events to revise SOPs, handle CAPAs, and conduct root cause analyses. I am also proficient in various software tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Office. In my previous role as a Manufacturing Technician 2 at Nucleus Biologics, I demonstrated my expertise in aseptic operations, formulation, filling, packaging, and labeling of cell culture media and reagents.
