I work at the intersection of software dev and security research: I write performant Python code that actively detects the attack surface and vulnerabilities in thousands of websites per day.Day to day this means staying up to date with and conducting web security research and then writing code that automates the detection in a fast and reliable manner.

Developing a web app scanner in Python. I am the lead developer of the active vulnerability detection capabilities. On the software side, I am responsible for coming up with new features, designing and implementing them. Thanks to my team I developed a passion for profiling and benchmarking my assumptions before they get translated into a design prototype.On the people side, I do my best to lead two other developers through 1on1s, peer-reviews, pair-programming and pair-reviews.
