Responsibilities:- Architect and implement sophisticated BI web applications- Investigate, test and implement emerging web technologies- Conceive, prototype and deliver next generation web user interfaces- Design code and execute programming on cross-functional projects- Review, evaluate and recommend current and future optimization needs• Management of new projects and to make sure that client goals and requirements are being met.• Identifying goals in co-ordination with client services and operation teams and then developing and implementing new processes and procedures• Responsible for making sure that all expected service levels and standards are maintained by the team all the time.• To participate in system level deployment, configuration and upgrades as well as being involved in R&D, migration and expansion initiatives.• Collaborate with external parties (i.e. Strata Soft USA ,Teclo providers)to handle items involving them (dialogic and telco configurations).• Participating in cross-departmental initiatives to provide constructive and creative feedback on new developments and to ensure smooth transition for every new upgrade or change in direction.• Performing change-management at the team level and making sure that all updates are communicated properly• Designing a deployment plan for new programs or programs being migrated across platforms.• Generate and analyze reports throughout the lifetime of a project and make recommendations for improved results aimed to assist in meeting daily goals and objectives• Developing training materials based on technical information associated with the applications
