As part of my job with Expedite, I am seconded on a part time basis to Urban Centric as Asset Manager. My role at Urban Centric is to manage the day-to-day running of the company's assets, including the Boutique Student Living portfolio.

In my spare time, I volunteer with my local rugby club Bridgend Ravens as Media Officer. My non match day responsibilities include updating the club website and social media channels regularly. On a matchday, I liaise with any press in attendance, write the match report, record match statistics and update the social media with regular score updates. Following the game, I focus on getting a reaction from players, staff and supporters to the match result and getting any reaction off to the press, before turning attentions to the next game which is always just around the corner!

I spent nine years at Cardiff based property developer Portabella, where I worked as Commercial Associate across all aspects of the business.My main role was focussed around Customer Care and ensuring the purchaser has a smooth and enjoyable experience from reservation to completion and through the first years of occupying their new home. This included managing the sales period, snagging process and defect period following completion. I also managed Portabella's social media accounts, providing a wide range of content across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram based on current and past projects.
