• Developments execution (Customer based + US Denim Seasonal Collection) from analysis to finished sample, PPR & 1st bulk.• Process R&D that includes continuous improvement / troubleshooting in running bulks.• Data Sheets management & Specs finalization/revision on the basis of bulk.• Sustainable and innovative developments as per market trend (fiber/yarns + process).• Coordination with yarn sourcing dept and spinners for development of new / innovative yarns.• Development data base management.

• Concept building & Seasonal Collection development for Denim Shows like Kingpins, PV, etc. • Promotional activities & Social Media campaigns.• Responsible for customer developments regarding denim fabric developments from all regions like USA (Express, Target, Kontoor/VF), UK (M&S, Topshop, Topman) and as well as US Group developments.• Selecting closer match fabric option against customer ref from archive to fulfil customer requirement.• Communicating with customers & sales team regarding fabric specifications, technical assistance, counter developments and product viability. • Attending fabric fairs & customer meetings with sales team to provide technical support and to discuss product re-engineering if required. • Garments collection development for fabric shows and as well as Mills Week that includes close coordination with garment sampling team by guiding them to achieve best garment stitching and washing according to fabric concept.• Replenishment of developed fabrics.• Fabric sample ware house management.• To ensure record keeping & publishing analytical reports regarding developments.

• HOD of garment sampling department (Stitching + Washing)• Responsible for sewing and washing development requests as per customer need.• Responsible to make Garment Collection for Denim Shows & Customer meetings.• Responsible to ensure that customer required specs, workmanship details &washing techniques/parameters are incorporated in all developments. • Responsible to develop standard operating procedures for whole sampling division for smooth execution
