During this period I was Ieading projects from diverse types of Industry, including the Entertainment & Communications and some others companies such as the Manufacturing Industry. Many of the activities included setting the scope and planning to set the deadlines and the work to do with the Assurance team. In this stage of the project it was my responsibility to negotiate the budget and the jobs to do as a part of the revisions to do for the companies. When I was in charge of staff, it was my responsibility to organize the activities and to evaluate the projects for each company, as well to delegate and share the work to do in the companies, and to make the reviews of the work done by the staff in my charge. For some other projects, when the size of the project was not too big I had to work by myself, defining and analysing, doing the evaluations and the design of the testing of the internal control. Most of the business cycles such as Revenue, Payable, Inventory, Payroll and Treasury were most of the relevant business cycles auditing in this period. In all the projects I used to have a certain budget to work with and it was my responsibility to deliver results on time and according to the initial budget. The conclusion of the project included the presentation of the results of the internal control auditing to the board of directors of the company. When we could not rely on the Internal control of the company I used to suggest a more detailed test such as CAAT´s (Computed Assisted Audit Techniques) ,where I designed the analysis, design and execution of the test, this test was supported in auditing tools as ACL.
