I had the amazing opportunity to intern for Lisa Guidry, CEO of Extreme Technologies Inc, for summer since 2015. I was 1 of 5 candidates that was asked back every summer to work alongside and assist in company administration and development. More specifically I assisted in strategy and talent mapping project plans to enable data to help drive the sourcing and talent acquisition teams to cast a "wider net" for candidate search. Was instrumental in creating bullion Google searches to add value to search criteria. Worked on companies transition from a Legacy server to a cloud based file sharing system by mapping out groups, teams, and individual contributions based on activity. I researched, validated, and updated all the corporate client contacts in system and reconciled Excel spreadsheets for Sales pipeline purposes. Alongside the management team I helped to develop a plan of action for determining the status of candidates in the firms ATS (Applicant Tracking System) due to the system being comprised of over 20,000 candidates of which needed to be updated and made current. I was a member of a 3 person team to extract data from company applicant system exporting all files into Excel for data collection purposes. I used Excel to develop a file of all candidates, sorted by date of entry, and collected relevant information to be used in updated plan. I also researched and administered secure password management systems to enable high secure password and repository for all critical company credentialing.
