Operations Analyst
Current- Member of the Order Management Advanced team, responsibilities include; provisioning SAS software, supporting revenue recognition, and closed / won opportunity review in Salesforce- Part of larger business operations organization, working to build scalable business processes and help transform back office operations- Supporting the overall quote to cash process via collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Deal Desk, CVM, Sales, and SRE, to resolve issues related to provisioning or closed / won business.- Customer support using tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Lucidchart and Asana.- Technical support for tickets / projects / Data management include; Confluence, Jira, Azure, AWS, and Tableau
