Dining room/Bar/Wine manager. Oversaw ordering, scheduling, wine list, inventory, invoicing, training and development for all areas of the dining room. Also managed sales department creating menus, making contacts, staffing and ordering for private on-site events from 10-100 guests.

Operations manager and bar manager handled all FOH schedules and staffing, ordering and cost control for bar. Kitchen manager opened new location, managed costs, purchases, staffing, new menu development, P&L and human resources.

Managed all FOH departments through a 3 million dollar increase in revenue over 7 years. All aspects of ordering, inventory, staffing, training, development, P&L, Risk management, human resources, marketing and sales. Opened new restaurant in Osaka, Japan.

Worked all FOH positions. As corporate trainer assisted in training and development in my location and others, both in established restaurants and new store openings. Opened several units including Surfers Paradise, Australia.
