Spearheaded "Women in STEM" initiatives with universities in various territories of the state of Chihuahua. Organized participation for 100 individuals in a prestigious international event, while concurrently managing a team of 6 people and a 1 Million MXN Pesos budget.

As a professor, I instructed SolidWorks classes, providing comprehensive training in basic usage, fundamental tools, personalized mouse gestures, and component manipulation. Creating detailed plans and simulate interactions among parts. Simultaneously, in the electro-mechanical classes focused on the integration of automated projects. Mentoring them in the creation and revision of each stage of the design process, as well as budgeting adjustments.

Directed AutoCAD-based layout planning and section development mainly for commercial structures, handling projects ranging from 20 to 1300 Tons of steel. Managed up to 5 projects weekly, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and state-specific regulations. Streamlined cross-departmental coordination, utilizing Bluebeam Revu to boosting project efficiency across teams. Pioneered a Level-1 detailers’ training program, anticipating reduction in training time from 3 months to 1 month as well as error reduction for initial projects.

Collaborated within a multidisciplinary team to design and develop custom machines, collaborating closely with a CNC Machining expert and a Milling Machinist. Applied expertise in SolidWorks and using Finite Element Analysis to ensure precision and tailored solutions for diverse company needs. Resulted in diverse production efficiency boosts to each company.

Managed daily operations across three bus stop construction sites, leading a team of 15 construction workers, interpreting complex plans and ensuring strict adherence to project guidelines. Facilitated seamless communication between construction teams, six supervisors, and inspectors. Oversaw daily material procurement, collaborating with State-trained Engineers and supervisors using AutoCAD to ensure precise compliance with construction standards, securing a consistent and timely material supply crucial for successful public transport bus stop expansions.
