This job gave me an opportunity to gain experience as a leader. While I was here I would receive orders and have to repackage, weigh, fulfill, and reorganize them. After being there for only a month and understanding the process I pitched the supervisor an idea to improve efficiency. It took them only a day to implement it and only a week to see results. This led to them putting me in charge of the team on Third-Shift. On top of fulfilling orders, I was now in charge of training and leading my team which gave me so much experience in such a short amount of time.• Organized direct worker training program, fixed personnel problems, and evaluated employee performance• Investigated and resolved complaints regarding product quality, service, or accommodations• Performed some order fulfillment tasks, weighed product, repackaging, and creating new labels when necessary

This position gave me the opportunity to connect with and help people all over the country. I would advertise credit repair on Facebook and build relationships with clients. I would sign them up for a service that included an upfront payment and monthly payments. In return, I would help them remove negative or incorrect items from their report. This allowed me to gain people skills and confidence. Being neglected or rejected had become a normal thing to me in sales.
