About Alejandro (Alex) Baez

I have always had a passion for helping people feel connected, finding creative solutions and sport. After growing up in New York City, I've lived, studied and worked abroad in London, Newcastle, Sydney, Perth, Dublin, Auckland and the Gold Coast and have now put down roots in Australia. I have a Masters of Sport Management from Bond University (Vice Chancellor's List for Academic Excellence) and a Bachelor of Art in Communications & Culture from Clark University (Cum Laude Honours).Making a difference, working hard and helping others is in my DNA. My desire to challenge convention has led me down different paths and given me first hand experience in applying both my skills and leveraging my academic knowledge. I have consistently immersed myself in community outreach so sport & recreation development as well as inclusion & diversity are a focus for me. I'm curious, resourceful, high-energy, great with people and constantly look to challenge myself. If any of the above sounds interesting and you think I would be a potential fit to work with you, please send me an invitation to connect and let's talk (if I don't find you first!)
