Responsibilities include the following phases of service: Pre-design & Schematic Design – conduct existing facility survey, investigation, review of existing project data and reports. Incorporate applicable building code and ADA code compliance regulations. Design Development and Construction Documentation – tasks include design, detailing, documentation, and selection of products. Pre-construction and Construction Administration – coordination of documents for permitting, submittal reviews and participated in interim construction observations and prepared punch list items post construction.
