• Achievements:
• Increase technical knowledge on exterior parts and meet the milestones to release new packages for JC, FF and VF models and launch of the Jeep Compass at Toluca.
• Get into a global change management coordination in which it is required to work with several regions around the globe for changes approval.
• Increase networking with China and India to work on new packages for those specific markets and changes that affects all regions for the CSUV segment.

• Achievements:
• Successfully launch a new vehicle at Bodyshop in Brazil and in Mexico by coordinating labor resources and supporting tool readiness. Great communication with manufacturing management team.
• Lead the Electromechanical and Closures Hardware and sheet metal activities to launch the 2012 Promaster at Saltillo and the 2011 Journey and Freemont refresh model on time even though the development time was reduced.
• Successfully implement organization change in my group to align to US Chrysler and Fiat product engineering organization.
• As a Product Chief I had the opportunity to lead the Fiat F500 launch activities at Toluca for the Body system, BIW and Closures. I scheduled engineer plant support according to launch activities, addressed build.
• Complete a DFSS (Design For Six Sigma) project to improve the attachment procedure of the Wrangler roof and also implied a cost reduction of $3 usd per vehicle

Toluca

• Achievements:
• I led Body and Interior resident engineers to launch the Journey vehicle at Toluca. Ensuring all issues were assigned to somebody and track through a build issues system database the containment and permanent actions.
• I coordinated Vice-president level meetings at Toluca where I presented the status of the launch: main build issues, logistics, facilities, etc.
• Addressed quality and process issues to the correct team and follow up the solutions.
• Provided guidance in problem solving tools to my team when they needed. In this way I had the opportunity of increase my confidence to the team and achieve results as requested.
• As exterior PVE (resident engineer) I worked to fix several issues during the launch of the PT convertible. I did several root cause analysis and suggested to product engineering containment action and some permanent.
