- Mainly part of the P2P Analytics team, but also served as the Analytics Lead for a relatively newly formed product.- On a high pace, experiment-driven product environment, prepared and presented multiple A/B test readouts. Helped to develop and implement a complete overhaul to the mathematical and statistical models used to calculate the impact to our financial KPIs driven by running experiments.- Designed and implemented multiple Data Marts, with the aim to create single-sources-of-truth for the product's KPIs. Improving consistency and accuracy in reports, but also having helped reduce daily time and effort spent on analyses/ad-hocs by up to 95% in our team and many other analytics teams leveraging our solutions. This also helped the team evolve from being a bottleneck in the experiment lifecycle, to provide constant feedback and insights on all running experiments.

- Built, maintained and improved dashboards using R Shiny, Material Design, CSS, HTML and JavaScript. Worked heavily with Big Data on a SQL-driven environment- Worked closely with the Compliance and Product teams of a digital wallet project, having built a wide variety of dashboards to showcase KPIs and keep track of OKRs. Helped identify, stop and prevent fraudulent activities, leveraging data to find unusual patterns and behaviors- Transitioned to work with the FP&A team, overseeing projects related to revenue and costs optimizations, having a scope of most products at the company; with the goal to guide the financial team to have a major focus on data-driven decisions- In charge of financial KPIs forecasts using statistical/mathematical models
