Currently in search of an entry-level engineer position in the Construction industry. Expected graduation August 2024. As an Intern I have facilitated the operations side and preconstruction process of various projects through various General Contractors, in a span of 2 years. I have gained valuable skills and experience in analyzing plans and specifications, preparing & and assisting quantity takeoffs and cost estimates, submittals, PCOs, OCOs, warranty documentation, owner training, and Contract Writing. Through a collaborative effort, I can take a set of drawings through the preconstruction process of the buyout, prepare contracts for Trade Partners, and facilitate the building of the project to achieve substantial completion. With the use of Bluebeam software, Procore, Building Connected, and various tools. I am also a current student at The University of Texas at Arlington, pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. I have been involved in several academic and extracurricular activities. I am passionate about learning and growing in a rewarding field, and I always look forward to meeting new people and gaining knowledge from them.
