Main responsible for providing leadership, coordination, and management over all theprocesses and functions for one of the most important projects of PepsiCo Revenue Mgmt area.Main reposibilities:*Manage the relationship with the client throughout the project and acting as the main pointof contact between the client and the software team in India.*Running account farming activities.*Train and Mentor the team and client in correctly understanding Agile values, principles,and applicable frameworks, enabling the team to identify how to get the highest value fromthem within the program context.*Detailed monitoring of in-scope vs out-of-scope work and management of change orders.

Lead core project team(s) ensuring effective cross-functional teamwork among project team members including both internal and external stakeholders.Serve as key client contact for assigned projects, establishing working relationships with client project teams which result in client satisfaction, operational excellence and thereby increase potential for repeat business.

*Aid in development and maintenance of key project performance indicators for client specified metrics, ensuring that the KPIs are within scope of the project contract.*Analyze, adjust and improve workflows and processes in order to improve project efficiency and implementation.*Coach teams on how to integrate Agile values and principles, fostering adoption of Agile practices. Establish full team engagement in Agile ceremonies (e.g. Retrospective, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Refining).*Work with Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning and to keep the work backlog healthy and ready for execution.*Perform ongoing review of project status; identify possible project risks. Recommend and implement risk mitigation solutions.

As part of the PMO team, I provided effective and coordinated performance management for the multiple portfolios. Implemented and enforced unit defined policies, procedures, and standards, ensure resource and demand management functions are appropriately implemented to meet CI and delivery objectives.I was the lead of the Resource Management team with five team members. I was in charge of auditing on a daily basis all the data supported by the following tools: Microsoft Project, Rational Team Concert, Oracle, Resource Management Tool (Microsoft SharePoint). I have enhanced most of the audits therefore making the data cleaner, saving time and preventing potential issues.

I was in charge of coordinating and monitoring the annual project planning, being responsible for the implementation of systems related to the continuous improvement of processesI coordinated a team of three people that was responsible for the development and implementation of internal and external processes and the subsequent evaluation by Key Performance Indicators.I was also in charge of monitoring the main projects of the Provincial Direction. Responsible for budget analysis and development of presentations and reports of project performance and budget management.
