Automated ticket generation in SC from IV and SNMP traps. This is used to proactively prevent network capacity problems.Implemented the first automation system for SC/ICM for keeping ICM evergreen and made automatic ticketing possible. (Janus Upload) This was a requirement for phasing out the Network Operations Center.Created GST-1040/1041: Standards for documentation of Network related details that can be queryable by SNMP, allowing for a more consistent Network Management configuration standard of router/switch devices.
