Hosting Domain Architect for the Shell Global Account.Designed and implemented the infrastructure for a Skype for Business installation able to host 150,000 users across three regions with High Availability capabilities.Designed an Azure Stack Service for On-Prem hosting. This was a key component of an offering to renew a contract with a major customer.As Customer Architect, Developed Hyperconverged Service based on Simplivity and CiscoUCS. Solution was implemented and deployed to about 40 locations.Customer's Principal Architect for DCP-Local service, a hosting solution for virtual servers. This solution was deployed to over 80 locations world wide.Architect responsible for the design of High Density Compute Service (HDC) . This allowed customers to reduce hosting costs up to 50% for non-critical workloads.Customer's Principal Architect for the migration from DCS2.5 to DCS3. This included the migration of over 5,000 virtual servers across six major data centers.

Build-up and manage the Run & Maintain team for the Application Hosting Global LINUX/UNIX (GLUX) service.Achievements:2006Team transformation from very reactive support to reactive and proactive support by:* Implementing and embedding ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) Problem Management Process. This prevents incidents in the infrastructure from happening thus improving overall service availability.* Segregating the Change Management process between engineering and implementation. This allowed for better planned changes and reduction of unsuccessful changes.This in a way allowed us to nearly double the number of supported systems while maintaining the same staff counts.2005Successfully built the GLUX R&M Team from the ground up.This included among other things:* Transition of activities of other teams in Europe and US to CBJ, while maintaining green dashboard* Ensure proper billing* Recruiting and on-boarding of over 37 contractors, This achieved cost savings due to lower man-power costs compared to Europe and US.

Led infrastructure rationalisation project. A significant reduction in the costs for R&M were achieved by replacing several Windows NT and HPUX servers with larger capacity Solaris servers.Designed and implemented Netflow Reporting. A new system used for analysis of network usage. This has been successfully used to identify major cost savings in the way network bandwidth is deployed and utilised.Managed the team head count for R&M to stay at slightly less than 4FTE by encouraging improvements in Heartbeat systems, keeping systems highly optimized/in-tune and up-to date.Inventory improvements; NI+CE, Mintnet, GGD integration, and parallel DNS. This makes it possible to keep a global inventory managed centrally from LDM using a small amount of staff.Coordinated work to create ITA tickets and SYSLOG originated tickets. Also work was done to improve SouRCE. Allows support staffs detect problems before they have real customer impact. This gives customers a better perception of the service provided by STO.Coordinated work to implement Network Management in Nigeria.Implement a Plasma Public display.Made HP-OpenView NNM environment consistent and more streamline in order to improve reliability and reduce R&M efforts. Automated ticket generation in SC from IV and SNMP traps. This is used to proactively prevent network capacity problems.Implemented the first automation system for SC/ICM for keeping ICM evergreen and made automatic ticketing possible. (Janus Upload) This was a requirement for phasing out the Network Operations Center.Created GST-1040/1041: Standards for documentation of Network related details that can be queryable by SNMP, allowing for a more consistent Network Management configuration standard of router/switch devices.
