As a student studying to be a Biomedical Engineer, I have developed skills, both technical and social. Having an opportunity to enroll in California Baptist University has enabled me to develop into the person I am today; sociable, engaging, hard-working, and hungry to learn. Engaging in the several projects and events offered here have helped me grow, improve, and acknowledge who I am and strive to be.In terms of technical skills, I have had the benefit of learning circuit building, Python, MATLAB, C++, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Inventor, Solidworks, and LABVIEW. Using these skills, along with other knowledge, I have been able to simulate the left ventricle of the human heart through circuit building and MATLAB Coding, 3D print objects with Solidworks, construct a bridge with AutoCad Inventor, and am currently developing a MATLAB program that will help measure the volumetric flow rate change between a tube of larger diameter suddenly changing into that of a smaller diameter. As for who I am personally, I love to have hands-on experience, along with all sorts of physical activities. One of my favorites would have to be taking hikes or biking, as it allows me to see the beauty of nature, while pushing myself and training my body. I enjoy reading, driving, and randomly creating 3-D designs on Solidworks when I have the chance to.
