I started as a dental designer using 3D dental software, but just a few months after due to my performance, they asked me to provide support to the designers. In this position I performed administrative tasks such as controlling and improving the metrics of the team, always looking for the weak points to improve them.Then I was promoted once again for the trainer position and the tasks that i had improved my leadership, time management, schedule flexibility, communication skills , empathy, strategic planning, commitment, coordination skills, delegation, personnel management, teaching.Also I been working as administrative assistant for a restaurant for the last 2 years I am responsible of coordinating events, project management Implementation of the guidelines to maintain standards of excellence in food service and restaurant operations. I am proactive and I like to keep going in my professional growth.
