I lead the Operations and Strategy practice at Rockwater Partners; a leading consulting firm in Colombia. On my role as Partner - Director of the firm, my main responsibility is to design and develop consulting engagements that drive long term growth for customers and to develop innovative approaches to optimize the client´s operations. On this role I have realized savings of more than 100 Million Dollars for customers; by restructuring their operations and their business strategies. With more than 30 projects under my belt in Colombia, our experience as a firm keeps getting stronger and hence our ability to generate outstanding business results for our customers.

As Principal my role was to develop a strategic perspective on our customers most complex challenges and provide them with comprehensive solutions that fully address their main problem. A key aspect of my work was to build a strong relationship with the central stakeholders of the organization to gain buy-in on the essential recommendations of the engagement and ensure proper follow up on the implementation phases. On this role I led more than 50 consulting engagements mainly for Fortune 500 companies on manufacturing, finance and service industries.

On my role as a Manager, my main goal was to build strong business cases on tough client challenges in order to convince customers to take decisive actions on key subjects. While leading teams of more than 20 people i had the chance to establish key relationships with middle size customers who needed advice on strategic and tactical subjects. We brought important changes to more than 30 customers and generated substantial top line and bottom line results for 90% of them.
