I have to prepare the credit analysis to grant credit for all the customers, supervise the collections and the clearing of the accounts at the system, verify the calls to the customers to know what are they comments about the services, was part of many projects like, online payment, process re-engineering of the area on SAP, electronic invoice, approval of the credit memos by the net, align policies and procedures, review the letter of credits, injuries of the company, and the supervising part of my team in the 8 business units in the country, attend by credit and collection side the SOX auditors, perfome reports to finance director like bad reserve, collection forectas, accrual of credit memos.
