Responsible for the maintenance department for processes involved in the manufacturing of medical devices. Developing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Actively involved in the preparation of the annual maintenace budget as well as the execution of required CAPEX projects.

Directing efforts as responsaible for the manitenance of equipment and facilities, establishing preventive maintenance procedures and programs. Inventory management and control of the spare parts room. ensure regulatory compliance and support for EHS and Quality programs and aplicable procedures to the maintenance department.

Acts as responsible for prototype evaluations and first runs in the manufacturing processes. Coordinate transfers of equipment and products between company plants. Participate in new layout desings to increrase capacity in the production area.

In charge of the investigation and response to customer complaints, leading functional work teams for root cause analysis, implement preventive and corrective actions to reduce defects in the processes and customer complaints. Calibrate equipment and instruments involved in the production process.
