- Goal setting for SSL commercial team, using SQL to do a deep dive into the data and considering trends and conditions for each month. Setting monthly KPIS for the sales reps and leaders, adjusting them to better fit the company’s goals.-Performance tracking for the Commercial Team. Updating KPI Tracker and making necessary adjustments so it is useful and easy to understand. Always listening to feedback from the team.-Improvement of files, databases and processes that help both the Goal Setting and Performance Review process be more efficient and effective each month.- Creation of OKR dashboard in Data Studio, using SQL to select the data I need from multiple databases, and produce an always updated dashboard that stakeholders can filter by Q, by month or by week with useful insights that help in decision making with main OKRs data and graphs.

-Present weekly decks to stakeholders with main metrics and sales team results for both SSL and US.-Analyze databases and find areas of improvement on the sales team, working with stakeholders and teams from MX, CO, BR and US.-Use of SQL and Python to build automated dashboards in Data Studio and Power BI, to have easy to read, updated data on main sales metrics and results.

-Leading the S&OP process each month. This includes meetings with the commercial team to analyze forecast of the following months, check points and presentations with Finance and channel leaders.-Update / improvement of databases and tools for demand forecast.-Maintain healthy inventory levels in the warehouse. Make sure there is enough product to supply all orders. -Planning, and follow up of the assembly plan working with the logistics provider.-Depuration of quality/damaged inventory. -Preparing presentations for the global team (volumes, expenses, inventory levels and results).

-Control and execution of the Budget for the whole channel at a national level.-Creation and updates for databases. Elaboration and presentation of reports for the managers of the channel.-Creation of formats and files for the use of the sales reps.-Sample ordering, coordinating with logistics and the provider all deliveries. Also follow up and control of the product delivered.-Implementation of programs and projects in the channel, working with the global team to improve processes.
