Our primary goal is to enhance existing solutions with AI. We listen, research, collaborate, and ultimately integrate our innovations into production systems.I managed a growing team of five to 10 engineers, focusing on model training and deploying, end-to-end, machine learning solutions while standardizing software engineering practices and MLOps. I led the initial development of the recommender system, focusing on designing and building the data infrastructure and operational automation. Collaborating closely with backend/frontend engineering teams and business stakeholders, we implemented and developed a custom product ranking solution. We continuously studied and rapidly prototyped advanced recommender system models, including the use of GANs and neural networks, to enhance our offerings.

Within the Data Analyst team, we established best practices to enhance our deployment frequency. Our performance achievements enabled us to integrate advanced machine learning into Fleet Geo-Localization algorithms.In less than a year, we streamlined our code, created an efficient and fast data processing pipeline, and fostered a culture dedicated to developing high-performance solutions.

Our mission was to deliver the best search experience to millions of users shopping experiences. I led efforts to analyze user events, enhance product data, and improve recommender systems with machine learning. We maintained daily monitoring to identify and address errors, and fostered strong communication with teams across software engineering, marketing, and data science.Our system was built using microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, data lake, data pipelines, CI/CD, and automation. The true innovation came from our use of Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Learning to Rank algorithms, and recommender systems, combined with our team's dedicated and data driven work.

In this role, I played a key part in re-architecting the backend for a mobile banking iOS application using high-performance microservices. I lead the implementation and deployment of machine learning models in production, driving innovative application features.
