• Plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of sales, marketing, and operations for Convergia’s Panamerica, delivering telecommunications services through fiber optic circuits and switches for voice and data on wholesale and retail levels.• Successfully develop policies and objectives for Convergia, aligning them with board directives and corporate charter.• Represent the organization, identify, and negotiate partner agreements, operating licenses, and strategic relationships with incumbent carriers while setting the overall strategic direction of each Convergia entity and implementing organization policies and programs.• Efficiently coordinate functions and operations between divisions and departments, establishing responsibilities and procedures to achieve organizational objectives.• Provide effective leadership in managing Convergia's resources, including personnel, technology, and physical assets.• Develop and discuss sales and marketing plans with team members to drive the promotion and sales of telecommunications services.• Manage human resources planning, including recruitment, personnel actions, promotions, transfers, assignments, discharges, and disciplinary measures.• Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and government directives, analyzing and evaluating installations, operations, and maintenance services to provide improvement recommendations.• Conduct management studies, interpret economic and statistical data to prepare budget estimates, determine workload, personnel, and equipment requirements, and oversee the purchase and installation of new equipment while locating and appraising properties for office locations, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining accurate financial records through budget monitoring and account audits of each Convergia entity.

Responsible for the operation of one of the largest electronics distributors, Future Electronics, throughout Latin America, with a primary focus on Mexico, Brazil, and Central America.
