I founded Triggers in 2016 with the intention of having a place where I could experiment and produce products that would help people with their creative process and team communication. My focus was on offering visual-appealing tools, easy and ready to use, that would maximise the talent of designers, strategists, creatives and managers around the world, taking the pain out of the creation process and bringing the fun back to the collaborative processes.Triggers produces a big range of tools, from Ideation Cards, to Reflection Decks, templates, digital prompts and virtual icebreakers for remote sessions. During this time, I had the opportunity to work with teams at companies like BBVA, Zurich Insurances, adidas, Facebook, Ogilvy and Banco Industrial de Guatemala to help them develop a solid communication and problem-solving system.As a process designer, facilitator and team coach, I take on projects like:- Helping teams move from a moment of conflict and confusion to a solid plan and structure for working efficiently- Creating and implementing a global design methodology for companies that all departments can use to talk to each other and create together- Designing and conducting the process for a complex innovation project with multiple stakeholders and agents involvedI'm also a frequent speaker and workshop leader at festivals and congresses. Previous talks & workshops include Cannes Lions (France), OFFF Tel Aviv (Israel), Typo Berlin (Germany), Barcelona Design Week (Spain), Front Stage (Mexico), OFFF MX (Mexico), Sevilla Design Walk (Spain), Internet Freedom Culture (Spain) and Extraordinaria (Spain).

The Team & Process Design course is an intensive 3-week learning program on understanding, managing and designing effective processes for organisations, teams & individuals I designed and teach for the international university Harbour Space.The level of complexity most designers, creatives, leaders and founders face, requires them to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, team members and agents to succeed in their projects.
