Hired to lead the strategy, planning, and development of GIS-based products for: design and visualization, engineering and development tools, and cartographic workflows while being the Face of the Company for several mid to large contracts (up to $1M). This role required me to plan discovery activities, create project documentation (PRDs, workback plans, dashboards, user stories, etc), manage weekly and monthly meeting cadence, prepare Show and Tell iterative project updates, manage stakeholder communications, and run engineering sprints using Github. I also conducted in-depth product and user testing, synthesizing the findings into insights that were used to drive product innovation and iterationI wrote about several of these projects for Stamen's blog (linked down the page) highlighting Stamen's unique working style, people, tools, and passions.

Research and build out a Program Management organizational structure to be adopted by the company. Worked with a small team and senior leadership to: conduct 1:1 interviews throughout the company to understand each team/vertical's needs, create a V1 of a leveling rubric, minimum qualifications, roles and responsibilities, proposed org structures, and begin work on a MVP.
