About Alekhya Reddy
Since I was a kid I use to follow my instincts and I always used to dream of running a successful business.While I was in my 3rd year of BE(EEE) I got selected in campus placements . On May 25th 2017 I started working , from 2017-2018 I worked in a team of 80 people, I was an Associate Software Developer. Back then, things which I learned from my peer group is- i have learned how to lead a team , - I have learned how a leader should be ,- how to adapt to new situationsIn 2018-2019, it was a completely new and challenging experience for me as I had to shift to Chennai, where i worked for a different project and an entirely new department. I can proudly say I have not only learned to face new challenges but also resolving them. That one year experience taught me not to give up at any given point of time irrespective of how the going gets tough and to change the situation to our advantage. I can truly say my BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT is getting "THE BEST EMPLOYEE" award. From entering a new domain to becoming one of the best performers there was a testament to the efforts I put in.After 2019, I decided to follow my passion and enter the world of entrepreneurship.I am now heading the Premium glass mosaic ,ceramic tiling and Waterproofing division of Poolsmart handling the operations for South India.
