Furthermore, I was responsible for hiring new team members and providing training.In all those operations, I strongly cooperated with the NCU IT department.

I analyzed best practices in research communication at American and European universities (Harvard University, MIT, Brown University, and YUFE). I prepared a new communication solution for Nicolaus Copernicus University, which was accepted by the management board. Likewise, I collected the team from 6 departments, obtained EU funds, led the portal design and development process based on UX, and evaluated the effects and modification of the portal's functionalities. Finally, I supervised the creation and distribution of the content.

I co-leaded a team of 10-20 people. We disseminated YUFE products and services to the alliance community. As a co-leader, I supported the leader in organizing the team's work. I participated in meetings with other work packages and analyzed the further development of YUFE communication. I worked with a team of professionals from 9 different universities from Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK.

I cooperated with other board members in organizing the conferences. In particular, I was responsible for the preparation of the program, contacts with participants, and the host institution. I also represented the association at several conferences as a communication expert. I've built an extensive net of contact with communication specialists from different Polish universities.

They addressed many challenges of higher education, from the new formula of interdisciplinary Ph.D. studies, training for lecturers, and new fields of studies to training in modern teaching methods.It required strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve planned goals in cooperation with other task leaders.
