It offeres training retreats and audits to encourage true sustainability attitudes, ethical fibre, prevent burn-out and mobing/dominance. It engages service leaders in regenerative communities, catharthis improv sessions, forest baths and other well-being rituals which are followed by reflective learning laboratories. One of its programs - LICO empowers women by reflexology (SORENSEN System) and taping techniques to help them reclaim and be their own faces. INNOCAMP PL works with powerful clients on their diversity and inclusion in the context of multicultural uncertainty. Currently it leads two Erasmus Plus European Comission funded projects (SUMED and JOY in SPORTS) with partners in 8 countries and participates in 3 more (PUNC, ACIIS, JOIN IN) and 2 Creative Europe projects (Future Divercities, Getting Unstuck).
