o Evaluating the needs of the student and establishing an appropriate framework for progress. o Preparing and delivering both exercise and set exam materials for preparation. o Being comprehensive, organised and providing extensive resources to allow for adequate learning. o Flexibility and dedication in being available to support students. o Covering a full curriculum ensuring the developments of written listening, reading and oral skills. o Providing an encouraging and friendly approach to ensure the comfort of students. o Administrative duties such as progress reports, marking and feedback both in the classroom and after hours.
