Aleksandra Bacon, CPP, is a leader in payroll transformation, specializing in implementation strategy, complex multi-national business structures, and compliance enhancements. Alex has over 15 years of experience in the Payroll industry as both a Payroll Manager and a Consultant. She is recognized for leveraging her deep implementation experience with product and industry knowledge in an advisory capacity, and providing long term day-to-day leadership to payroll implementation teams. Additionally, Alex serves as a Workday Product Lead for Payroll and is an active member of the American Payroll Association.Prior to consulting, she managed the overall payroll function for Polaris' global operations which included global expansion, a Kronos implementation of cloud-based time tracking system as well as a Workday HCM implementation, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Absence Management, Comp Planning and Talent Management. Prior to Polaris, Alex was the Payroll Manager at Life Time Fitness (LTF), a Minnesota-based operator of large-format health and wellness facilities and endurance events. She was responsible for the overall management of the payroll function that served LTF’s 20,000 employees across 106 facilities in the US and Canada, as well as serving as the business owner for Workday Payroll, LTF’s enterprise payroll system.
