Managing the day-to-day operations of a multi-million DOE-funded workplace charging program by collaborating with partners, employers, and key stakeholders to accelerate the adoption of workplace charging solutions.- Manage a multi-faced, public-facing workplace charging program with a complex scope, multi-million dollar budget and numerous stakeholders- Develop and manage all program related activities, including goal and target setting, budget planning, and program direction- Provide reports on program progress and performance - Drive program planning activities, including strategic program direction and implementation and business case development- Conduct market research, critically analyzes multiple data sources, and incorporates best practices into program design- Manage third-party vendor relationships, including scope and contract management, budget negotiation, and vendor performance against key performance indicators- Manage and fosters positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Provide training and development of team members to support program objectives
