Provide HR support (including recruiting) to Risk Advisory unit (70+ ppl)

- Formation of L&D budget for a year and monthly spending control, forecast- Organization and support of internal learning programs (soft skills trainings, milestones programs, trainings for newcomers)- Organization of external trainings, research of training vendors- All documentary support (preparation and signing of contracts, payment control, accrual request)- Organization and coordination of technical trainings and professional qualifications for Risk Advisory department- Coordination of participation in DU EMEA programs- Organization and support of English courses - Online learning support

- Search and selection of staff with different search channels - Management of the complete cycle of communication with applicants (Conducting interviews, organization and coordinating meetings with managers, prepearing job offers)- Development of job descriptions

- Active search for qualified personnel using different methods and sources (social and professional networks, headhunting, direct search, referral search)- Total support for recruitment projects in close cooperation with Recruitment&Adaptation Specialist- Participation in communication with applicants (telephone interview, personal interview, support at all stages of communication with managers, induction for newcomers)
