• Cooperated closely with local publishers and distributors, negotiating conditions and improving the offer• Manage the provisioning of books for bookshops and distribution center• Profit maximization through sales analysis and planning • Selection and improvement of specialized software, work closely with programmers in adapting it to the specific needs of the company • Managing the company database, titles and authors catalog, and clients’ directory
