As a Campaigns Manager of the End the Cage Age movement, I am campaigning towards the phase-out of animal cages within the EU; actively supporting the implementation of ETCA ECI (European Citizens Initiative) in the nearest EU Commission program.-- Creating and managing End the Cage Age campaigns to influence EU Institutions-- Received initial support from targeted Animal Welfare EU Commissioner-designate on ETCA content-- Coordinating the ETCA Coalition of over 150+ NGO partner organizations-- Designing and implementing campaign concepting and reporting processes across 8 Country Offices-- Facilitating workshops on impactful tactics and theory of change frameworks

As a Community Lead I was in charge of leading teams to organize events that strive towards our goal of expanding and enabling the entrepreneurial community in Lisbon to thrive. -- Managed and delivered events and digital campaigns to foster social entrepreneurship in Lisbon-- Introduced strategies to reach new, impact-focused audiences to expand SGL community-- Reached a 100% new, impact-focused audience, selling 90 tickets with a show up rate of 70% and event feedback of 4/5

As a Project Manager of Purpose Climate Lab (PCL) my main role was to lead and manage the EMEA teams in creating, tracking and delivering campaigns that target various climate areas such as; air pollution, just transition or climate disinformation.-- managed 10+ Purpose Climate Lab campaigns working towards accelerating climate solutions across EMEA-- led diverse teams up to 15 people across EMEA and NA, fostering teamwork and collaboration-- managed campaigns budgeted for $2M, won bidding campaigns projects of over $500K-- facilitated design sprints and creative brainstorming workshops during campaign concept phases

STOP Smog is an event series whose aim is to tackle the local problem of smog by engaging entrepreneurial activity - raising awareness (v1), building capacity (v2) and pitching ideas (v3). The target audience for all the editions are entrepreneurs and students that share similar values. I was the initiator and Project Lead of the STOP Smog event series:-- Designed an event series aiming to mobilize entrepreneurial activity to tackle smog in warsaw-- Led and mentored leadership within diverse team of 10 people-- Reached the goal of the project, fostering the founding of 7 smog-tackling startups-- Delivered and moderated events for over 200 attendees, 13 partners and 15 speakers, with an audience feedback average of 4.5/5-- Additionally designed STOP Smog’s brand identity

Berlin TechON was an Innovation Festival that aimed to inspire the community of Berlin towards a more innovative future, which I supported as a co-Project Manager:-- Led a diverse team of 50+ people located in Germany and France-- Organized Berlin TechON that sold 120 tickets, hosting 9 speakers, 4 startup contestants and collaborated with 4 partners-- Led brainstorming sessions and workshops during the ideation phase-- Responsible for teamwork and communication across departments and stakeholders-- Additionally designed the festival’s brand identity

START Warsaw is a student-run organization inspiring entrepreneurship amongst students in Warsaw, which I co-founded and led for one year as President:-- Led a diverse team that delivered 2 events and a trip to Switzerland’s START Summit-- Organized “Road to START Summit” 6-hour long event for 120 people, inclusive of workshops, panels and a pitch battle-- Managed the logistics of a trip to St. Gallen, Switzerland for 50+ people -- Established new key partnerships with 3 universities-- Developed START Warsaw’s new brand identity
