I’m a marketing, community and customer experience manager with 9+ years of experience in IT sector, predominantly startups. At Growbots I was responsible for a variety of customer success activities (such as support, educational resources, product adoption, customer lifecycle) that involve managing a team of 10 customer success managers. For over 2 years I’ve been working in the area of community management. At Estimote (beacon technology industry leader) I created from scratch the developer community which included creating and implementing content and social media strategy, building a developers’ forum, organizing events and contributing to product development. At Foap I was involved in building a community of 6000 photographers with particular focus on content creation, social media and growing the tester user base.
