I was testing a highly loaded partner swap service, which was one of the most important in the ecosystem. The main work consisted of testing the backend and writing automated tests on GO, but also not excluding work with UI on desktop and mobile app.Workflow:- Conducted manual testing using DevTools, DBeaver, GitLab, Metabase, etc;- Conducted API testing using Terminal, Postman, Protokaf, OpenAPI, etc;- Read logs in Grafana and Terminal;- Compiled test documentation in TestIT and Confluence;- Developed autotests using GO;During my work I increased automation on the project up to 90+% (Tech debt was reduced from 50% to 10%), increased the amount of general QA knowledge (By documentation in confluence), was engaged in testing complex features with new functionality, which were successfully implemented in the whole flow of the company.The work was done using Agile methodology, Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

- Checked students' work on project tests and gave feedback;- Answered questions and assisted during training;- Conducted meetings for retrospective on the work done.The mentoring was done in streams, each stream had about 40 people under my supervision and all successfully completed the project work.

Tested continuously developing highly loaded projects and maintained the quality and performance of startups that were successfully completed under my supervision, including their API, DB and mobile versions.Projects by focus:- Browser extensions;- Various websites, mostly marketplace aggregators;- B2B.Workflow:- Conducted manual web/back testing using DevTools, Robomongo, Terminal;- Conducted API testing using Postman, Swagger;- Developed autotests using Python + Selenium + Pytest;- Worked with Linux servers using Termius;- Coordinated team, improved workflows, managed projects in Jira, analyzed new functionality with managers, etc.Accomplishments:- After one year on the job was promoted to TeamLead and coordinated the team;- Introduced the use of TMS in the testing process. Covered 100% of projects in TestRail with cases, which increased the quality of products produced;- Implemented python autotests from scratch using pytest and selenium on multiple projects. This increased the speed and quality of released products;- Linked tests to TestRail for readability for any user and reports;- Set up CI/CD using GitHub and a Linux server, which further accelerated the release of new quality products;- Contacted a company that provides testing courses and implemented student internships on the company's project, which allowed for early feedback and adjustments to project development, and future expansion of the testing staff;- Helped develop aspiring QAs.
