I worked on automating the process of selling water through vending kiosks.Developed and implemented a complete ERM/CRM system that included:- Monitoring and reporting server using Django and PostgreSQL: It processed and stored kiosk data, automatically created tasks for service staff based on kiosk errors, and managed inventory and equipment repairs.- Multifunctional clients: A desktop app built with React, a mobile app for Android using React Native, and integration with Telegram for real-time alerts on critical errors.- This system improved kiosk monitoring and made responding to issues faster.Tech stack: Django, Postgres, Docker, React, React Native, Electron, TypeScriptAlso I managed a team of technicians in the early stages, organize work, assigning tasks, and overseeing progress.
