Was part of Design Deparment of the first small-scale HTPEM turbo air-cooled hydrogen fuel cell stack.• Work in a team environment to analyze requirements from customers and assist in developing fuel cell system design solutions.• Assist in developing conceptual structural design of new products.• Perform complex structural analysis of components of fuel cell energy systems utilizing classical hand calculations as well as finite element analysis methods to demonstrate structural integrity, influence and optimize product design (especially aerospace heat exchangers and fluid management systems), including static and dynamic analysis, thermal fatigue, damage tolerance, durability, design allowable and structural modelling.• Support design optimization to meet customer requirements (weight, design space, cost, life) and ensure product safety and integrity.• Prepare relevant technical documentation (stress reports, simulation results, calculation procedures, etc.).• Contribute to improve the stress capability within the team, use of automation and scripting to improve the stress analysis workflow, developing and improving processes, methods, and tools.• Provide engineering checks of data produced by peer groups or other project participants.• Interface with customers, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
