Development and support of a data import subsystem (events/markets/outcomes, etc.) for the in-house sportsbook platform involved the following key activities:• Integration of sports betting data providers such as Betby, Oddin, Betbazar, Kiron, TheSports, SportIq, WallStreet, eRivals, and nVenue from scratch, including protocol implementation. Additionally, integration was done using the official SDK provided: Betradar.• Creation of an internal SDK to serve as an abstraction layer over feed provider protocols. This included the development of related infrastructure libraries, primarily focusing on transport protocols like AMQP, MQTT, and TCP. This approach helped in standardizing the integration code base and streamlining the integration process.• Implementation of a topology management process based on Terraform. The RabbitMQ provider was enhanced, and custom modules were developed to support specific tasks.• Metrics coverage using OpenTelemetry and Prometheus for metrics collection, along with Grafana for visualization and alerting. The setup was partially manually configured, with Terraform utilized where possible for automation.

The automation of various technological processes for the in-house sportsbook platform hosted in a VMWare-based on-premise environment involved the following key activities:• Actively participated in the division of monolithic projects into more manageable NuGet packages.• Established Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines from the ground up, utilizing Bamboo as the build system and Ansible/AWX for application deployment management.• Configured monitoring for services hosted in Windows Server Failover Cluster (WSFC) and sites hosted in IIS using Zabbix and Grafana.• Developed Ansible roles from scratch to facilitate the deployment of third-party components, such as clustered RabbitMQ.• Assisted developers in analyzing dumps of internal services using WinDbg to identify and troubleshoot issues like deadlocks.
