During semesters, I worked as a course assistant at the University on multiple courses (11h/week). - Industrial management, basic course (Jan 2016 - December 2017)- Operations management (Dec 2016 - June 2017)- The industrial engineering environment (September 2017 - December 2017)- Operations strategy (September 2018 - December 2018My responsibilities included:- Teaching small groups of about 20-30 persons once or twice a week- Teaching a group of 50-100 persons once a week- Preparing material for the students (slides, videos, assignments, exams etc.)- Guiding students in the subject- Microsoft Office lectures/workshops for freshmen- Checking exams

Full-time assignment in Reshoring of Manufacturing (ROaMING) research project as research assistant. My responsibilities included:- Information gathering and building investment database of 40 largest manufacturing companies in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway

I worked my 2nd summer at Kesäpihan puutarha Oy as a supervisor for foreign employees. My place of work was a 13-hectare strawberry farm, which required hard working and persistent supervision. The farm was barely 2 yeas old and ambitiously growing, hence the job required forward thinking and development of working methods. My responsibilities included:- Supervising 16 foreign employees- Assisting in investment calculations for financier- Overall quality control of work and products- Use of watering and fertilizing systems- Minor logistics- Training of new employees
