• Spring’23 – 24 – acting as Mongolia’s local logistics specialist, gathering the rise of OTD from about 20% to 88% in Feb’24;• July’23 – participated in negotiations with new 3PL logistics operator in Ulaanbaatar to get the best contract terms in respect of customs clearance and internal shipments;• Feb’23 – working out and implementing of RFQ template for TSS & QOM, since then, about 90 RFQs for CEA MA provided, including a number of OOG RFQs;• Gathering LSPs information for tendering processes for customs brokerage as well as for Road transportation to Kazakhstan;Duties:• Inbound/outbound logistics in Mongolia (incl. preparing of documents for customs clearance), warehouse operations in Mongolia;• backup for Operational Purchasing in Kazakhstan;• Logistics Sales Support;• Operational analyzes and reporting within CEA MA;• Logistics handling for Service projects.

Achievements:• elaboration of new supply chains under FCA terms from China and India including overall goods and margin calculation and tactical planning for cost-reduction (about 50 TEU already delivered starting from May’22);• elaboration and further import dispatches arranging from new countries to the Company – Morocco and Peru;• idea promoting and overall form optimization for tracking daily updates from main Forwarding Companies (DSV, DGF, Schenker) that the Company is dealing with, thus better informing of the Clients;• working through related compliance, management and coordination of sending equipment for the repair to EU and getting it back after (heavy-weighted, OOG);• improving of average customs clearance time by 5,6%.Duties:• elaboration and management of equipment and spare parts supply chains to the Company address and for the Clients within Eurasian Customs Union territory directly as well;• as part of commercial offers calculation, quotation of total logistics expenses, including customs charges and duties;• customs processes compliance delivery and control.

Achievements:formalization, approval and coordination of first dispatches for more than 10 new articles of raw materials, e. g. chemicals with special requirements under PLC as well as under direct Sales-Purchase contracts;as per the 1st half of the year, exceeding of planned KPI related to the raw materials customs clearance efficiency for about 5%.Duties:formalization, approval and coordination of raw materials, tyres, spare parts and equipment customs clearance;loading, commercial, agreement and permission documents cross-checking, customs procedures management;customs authorities requests handling;related financial performance management.

Achievements:full procurement lifecycle arrangement and Russian market launching (e. g. via supermarket chains as Leroy Merlin, Auchan and Maxidom) of several homeware lines of mid-range segment (downlights, bedside lamps, X-mas garlands, garden lightings) in compliance with customer’s needs.Duties:SEA suppliers review, analysis, negotiation and selection basing on targered goods prices and quality, establishing of contracting strategies, negotiation of contract terms and condtions, preparation and execution of negotiated contractual documents;creation of supply chain architecture strategy, management of supply chain architecture strategy as well as supply and demand schedules, suppliers quality delivery and due financial performance in respect to all process stakeholders;stock and sales analysis, initiation and execution suppliers improvement activities.

Achievements:cost saving (up to 5% of landed cost) basing on supply chain optimization (3PL logistics) as well as dispatches structure analysis resulting in total product cost reduction;development and 360 degree procurement process management of premium household appiances lines (Teka group, Whirlpool, Daewoo facilities) under own brand.Duties:preparation and further execution of negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements, claims settlement (in respect of both supplier as well as forwarder), delivery of supply chain flexibility as well its optimization (comprising dispatches via consolidation warehouse in Lithuania as well as direct shipments from EU, Turkey and SEA to Moscow);stock and sales control via MRP system, supply management and delivery scheduling, due financial performance;export dispatches management (to EU, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan);negotiation of services pricing, contract terms and conditions with Carriers (5% cost saving for sea dispatches from Turkey, best price on the market for direct truck deliveries from Poland to Moscow), consequent goods cost savings.

Achievements:launching and further support of top segment motorcycle equipment (Cardo Systems, Schuberth helmets) in local market (B2B, B2C via own retail chain);Cardo Systems: product range development and extension, sales went up two times over two years;Schuberth: sales growth consisted more than 3 times for 4 years.Duties:the growth of existing brands portfolio launching new goods of wider price range to get maximum customer orientation reach (added M1 and S2 models as earlier Schuberth brand had been represented by its flagship model C3 Pro only);preparation and signing of Sales-Purchase as well as Distribution Agreement for Russian market and, after having visited Supplier’s German factory and getting additional (about 15-20%) discount, the beginning of B2B trading, presentation of brand to key customers in collaboration with Schuberth GmbH Sales Management (organization and support of dealer-meetings in Moscow and St.-Petersburg), warranty and repair programs delivery at the Russian market;Cardo Systems Inc. supply chain optimization, direct dispatches from Supplier’s SEA facilities, obtaining due permissions for imported technically sophisticated devices, beginning of the most up-to date line-up dispatches (Q-line as cheaper communication systems and Packtalk as premium systems); grey market equity drawdown;delivery of marketing plan as well as brand strategy for all brands under my responsibility, its chain supply architecture creation and developing.
